Pr. Alvin and his wife Ann Mukisa serve as the visionary leaders of Delivered To Serve Ministries. With a heart for God and people, they are dedicated to teaching the Word, equipping believers, and guiding the church into its God-given purpose.

Pastor Sarah is a dynamic teacher of the Word, passionate about mentoring the next generation, raising prayer warriors, and strengthening believers through discipleship and outreach.

Pastor Florence carries a strong passion for women, children, and families. She is committed to seeing homes restored, marriages strengthened, and young people empowered through faith and mentorship.

Wife to Pastor Alvin Mukisa; she is the head of the Marriage Department and intercessors. She
started as an intercessor and evangelist in Delivered to Serve Ministry and was able to not only
spread the word of God, but to also cry out in prayer for those in need. She oversees several
departments and believes God has called her to stand in the gap for marriages in America so that
His glory is manifested.
