Our Senior Pastor
The Senior Pastor of Delivered to Serve Ministry. He has been a Pastor for more than 15 years and a minister of the living God for more than 25 years. He has served with many great men of God both in Uganda and abroad. He started out as a choir member and learnt how to play the drums then became an interpreter.
He was anointed as a youth pastor in 2008 becoming a senior pastor in 2018. He has shared his powerful testimony about how God delivered him out of the bondage of homosexuality, which he has shared all over the world. His book called “Let My People Go” is a true story he shares of how he personally overcame sexual perversion and how you can also overcome the different forms of sexual perversion.
He also has a YouTube channel focusing on deliverance from sexual perversion, as Pastor Alvin Mukisa. He is married and living in Billerica, Massachusetts with his beautiful wife Anne, and they currently have five wonderful children.
Biography
Pr. Alvin and his wife Ann Mukisa serve as the visionary leaders of Delivered To Serve Ministries. With a heart for God and people, they are dedicated to teaching the Word, equipping believers, and guiding the church into its God-given purpose. Together, they embody servant leadership — combining pastoral care, prayer, and mentorship to inspire transformation in the lives of individuals and families.
With a deep commitment to teaching, discipleship, and community impact, they lead DTSM with vision, integrity, and love. Pr. Alvin is gifted in preaching and shepherding God’s people, while Ann brings strength in prayer, mentorship, and women’s ministry. Together, they model Christ-centered family life, serving side by side in advancing the Kingdom of God.
Their heart is to see a generation rise up in faith—equipped to serve God, build strong families, and impact communities for Christ. Whether through Sunday worship, prayer gatherings, or outreach, they guide DTSM as a home of hope, healing, and transformation.
